Holiday Inn Durango By Ihg, Durango

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, with a Walmart right across the street and everything I needed close by. The rooms were spacious and had all the basics, but I was a bit surprised that I was assigned a Handicap room without knowing beforehand. The service was exceptional, with such kindness and courtesy that I haven't seen anywhere else. The dining experience was the best I've ever had, especially the delicious pancake platter at breakfast. While the hotel is in Durango, it's also close to beautiful areas and business districts.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport with easy access to essential amenities like a Walmart across the road. The room, while generally meeting Holiday Inn standards, fell short on cleanliness, especially in the bathroom. The service was pleasant and accommodating, offering various helpful amenities. The dining experience stood out positively. However, the parking situation presented challenges at times.
